Vendor Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 8/7/2025

These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Twenty-Four Seven Property Management (“Company”) and the individual or business entity (“Vendor”) submitting the Vendor Registration Form.

By submitting the form and checking “I agree,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

All approved invoices are paid on a Net 30 basis from the date of approval.

Vendor must submit a completed W-9 form and ACH authorization to receive payment via direct deposit.

Invoices must be itemized and include:

  • Property address
  • Scope of work
  • Date of service
  • Total amount due
  • At least 2–4 before and 2–4 after photos
  • Optional: Receipts for materials (if billing for reimbursement)

2. Documentation Requirements

To be eligible for payment, the following documents must be provided:

  • Completed ACH Payment Authorization Form
  • Completed IRS W-9 Form
  • A detailed invoice with photo documentation for each completed job

 

3. Work Standards

  • All services must be completed professionally, within the agreed time frame, and in compliance with applicable legal, safety, and industry standards.

  • Vendors must respond to communication in a timely manner and keep the Company informed of project status or delays.

4. Insurance Requirements

  • Vendor must maintain active liability insurance coverage at all times while performing services.

  • Proof of insurance must be submitted upon request by the Company.

5. Independent Contractor Status

  • Vendor is engaged as an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of the Company.

  • Vendor is solely responsible for their own tax obligations, licensing, and insurance.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
  • Company reserves the right to remove any vendor from its network for non-performance, late delivery, unprofessional conduct, or breach of these terms.

7. Emergency Availability (if applicable)

  • Vendors indicating emergency availability must ensure reliable and prompt service under urgent conditions.

  • Additional terms may apply and will be communicated as necessary.

8. Acceptance

By submitting your registration and selecting “I agree,” you affirm that:

  • You are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the business (if applicable)

  • You accept the above terms and agree to abide by them for all services rendered to Twenty-Four Seven Property Management
