Welcome to the 24/7 Property Management Realtor Referral Program! We believe in strong partnerships with real estate professionals, and we’re excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for realtors to earn commissions by referring landlords to our high-quality property management services.
How It Works
Our program is simple and flexible, offering two commission structures so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Plus, you always keep the leasing and listing relationship!
Steps to Enroll a Referral
- Submit the Referral: Complete our Referral Submission Form to provide us with the landlord’s details.
- We’ll Handle the Rest: After receiving the referral, we’ll send a proposal to the landlord and execute the Property Management Agreement (PMA).
- Get Paid: Depending on the commission option you choose, you’ll receive your payment at the end of either month 1 or months 6 and 12.
Option 1
10% of the property management fee for one year. Earn 10% of the management fee for a full year, paid in two installments at the end of months 6 and 12.
Option 2
25% of the property management fee for one month. Earn 25% of the management fee for the first month, paid in full at the end of month 1.
