- General Repairs: Starting from $75 for minor fixes to $800 for larger repairs.
- Plumbing: Rates range from $100 for small fixes to $1,500 for installations.
- Electrical: Basic repairs start at $100, while complex services like panel upgrades can go up to $3,000.
- HVAC Services: Ranging from $75 for filter replacements to $12,000 for a full unit installation.
- Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Simple services like mowing start at $50, while larger projects like irrigation installations can reach $5,000.
- Painting Services: Interior and exterior painting prices vary based on square footage, from $2 to $7 per square foot.
- Emergency Services: Available starting from $500 for water extraction to $2,000 for severe incidents.

Payment Terms
At 24/7 Property Management, we ensure that our vendors are paid promptly and fairly. Our payment terms are Net-30, meaning vendors will receive payment within 30 days of submitting a completed invoice. We pride ourselves on timely and transparent financial management, ensuring that once the job is completed to satisfaction and the invoice is properly submitted, payment will be processed promptly. Vendors can expect a reliable partnership where payments are handled professionally, reducing delays and fostering a smooth working relationship.
